Overview

TheLeadSeeker uses a hybrid pricing model: a flat monthly workspace subscription with included Lead Units and transparent per-Lead-Unit overage. Plans are Pilot ($99 one-time, 50 Lead Units, 14 days, cancels automatically at day 14), Starter ($149/mo or $1,490/yr, 2 operator seats, 75 Lead Units, $1.80 overage), Growth ($499/mo or $4,990/yr, 5 operator seats, 300 Lead Units, $1.30 overage), Scale ($1,299/mo or $12,990/yr, 10 operator seats, 900 Lead Units, $0.95 overage), and Enterprise (from $4,500/mo billed annually, 20+ operator seats, 3,500+ Lead Units, custom overage from $0.85/LU). Native Salesforce and HubSpot CRM sync and spreadsheet, PDF, and Word exports are included on every paid plan, including the Pilot. Other CRMs are supported through spreadsheet export. Additional operator seats are $39/mo or $390/yr. Annual billing is priced at 10x monthly, giving two months free; included Lead Units reset monthly inside the workspace. Lead Units are consumed when a new search returns live person records. Failed searches, zero-result searches, previews, saved-search reopen, spreadsheet/PDF/Word export, re-export, and CRM sync do not consume additional Lead Units. Refreshing or enriching a saved contact consumes 1 Lead Unit only when the user explicitly requests a live refresh.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Lead Unit?
Lead Units are consumed when a new search returns live person records. Failed searches, zero-result searches, previews, saved-search reopen, spreadsheet/PDF/Word export, re-export, and CRM sync do not consume additional Lead Units. Refreshing or enriching a saved contact consumes 1 Lead Unit only when the user explicitly requests a live refresh.
How does overage work?
If you use more than your plan's included Lead Units in a billing month, additional usage is billed at the per-Lead-Unit overage rate for your plan ($1.80 on Starter, $1.30 on Growth, $0.95 on Scale, custom on Enterprise). Overage is metered in real time and shown on the invoice for that month.
Monthly vs. annual billing
Annual billing is priced at 10x monthly, giving two months free. Included Lead Units reset monthly inside the workspace.
What does the Pilot include?
The Pilot is a one-time $99 charge for a 14-day workspace with 50 Lead Units and the full product (dossiers, DISC, triggers, exports). At day 14 the workspace becomes read-only unless you choose a Starter, Growth, or Scale plan.
Can I add more operator seats?
Yes. Additional operator seats are $39/mo each on top of your plan and can be added or removed at any time.
Does Lead Seeker integrate with Salesforce and HubSpot?
Yes. Lead Seeker includes native Salesforce and HubSpot sync. Connect your CRM from the app, then push saved prospects and dossier context directly into your CRM without rerunning the search. Other CRMs are supported through spreadsheet export.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time and stay active through the end of the billing period. Annual plans don't auto-renew if you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage billing, seats, and renewal from inside your workspace.
